A person in charge personnel affairs often say
"What I do to raise motivation of employee?"

But, we should not choice the word of "motivation".
Because employee cannot understand the purpose or destination of
their job, they cannot put high effort.

It is impossible that out of people raise motivation of them.

The effort to maintain motivation is unnecessary,
and only purpose or destination is required.

If employee can see destination,
they can do works that should be done.

This is my example, old story.

When I was a high school student,
my friends recommended to play internet online game.
The game is RedStone of MMORPG that provided by Game on.

I started this this game, but this game has no ending and
no Boss monster.

So, I couldn't find the reason to play this game.

Then, I asked to friend,
"What are you doing in this game?"

My friend answered

"I am raising level of my character."

I further asked
"Why?"

But, my friends didn't answer.

So, I tried to shut down to play this game.

But!

New function Gild battle was released.

Gild Battle is that we create Gild team and fighting each gild.

When I saw this,
"Oh!!!This is exciting!"

At the moment,
obvious purpose appeared.

The purpose is to win other gild.
So, I started to raise level of my character incredible high speed.

This is my old story,
but
the purpose is necessary in case of job and game.

We can put powerful effort if we have clear purpose of destination.
