In Japanese company, even now there are atmosphere older worker is more honorable.

I worked at related subsidiary company of a big Japanese manufacturing
company.


In this company,
There are people who say to me
"I am 8th year in this company.".


But,
it is not important to continue working long time.
Out put or result or work is more important!


It is more smart saying concrete direction, not Xth year.


In Japanese company,
there is atmosphere that older worker is more honorable and should be
receive high wage, even the people achieved nothing.


And, most of employee is believe "We can work until retire, and our wage
is rising automatically, and this way is most secure."
Further, to protect this concept, they are holding their company.


Of course, I don't think so.


I want to change their mind, and reform or education them
to make powerful company.
But it is too difficult.
Most easy way is getting out the company.
