For not be forced or changed my purpose of life by company.

First of all, lifetime employment is regarded premise.


I worked at subsidiary associated company of Japanese manufacturing company.
Of course, I will work other job at another company by changing my job or start-up my company.


Long time ago, in Japan it is normal that a man once enter the company work until retire.
But, even in Japan, I think it is disappearing.

But, some people think there are lifetime employment.

If I talk with that type of people, and say
"I want to another business, next time."
"I want to start-up my company"


I must be said with angry by people
"You already decide leave this company? what?"
"I teach you how to jobs to contribute only this company!"
"You must devote and contribute to our company!"


For company?
That is most of purpose?
Do we work for our purpose of life or what to do?



Company force to us to change our purpose of life.

The people only contributing to their company is forced our same way.
In addition, they always think only about
"What business will contribute our company"
"What habit can get benefit for our company"
"How people necessary to our company"


I can understand it is necessary to think these, but
they adapt these theory to employee, such as
"You must live only for this company"
That means, force to change our purpose of life.


Big and old Japanese companies may have that atmosphere.




We focus to my purpose of life.

Sometime, company bind our personality.
It is no problem the case of my purpose of life and company's purpose is same.
But, one of it is different, we don't have to suit our purpose to company.
Focus to my purpose and emotion from my heart.

Now,
I want to live  honestly.

By talking with myself,
I am confirming my purpose of life.
When I could feel fun?
Who I want to make happy ore rescue?

I focus on my heart.
